Follow up consultation (adult)	Within 1 month of presenting problem
Follow up consultation (Child)	Within 1 month of presenting problem
Telephone Consultation	Discuss regarding the clinical problem on the phone; This may require a face to face appointment if clinician feels this is appropriate
Email consultation	Discuss regarding the clinical problem via Email; This may require a telephone or face to face appointment if clinician feels this is appropriate
Repeat prescription (by email or telephone)	For existing patients only ; Does not include cost of medication; Can be sent to local pharmacy.
On site Medication Dispensing	Limited oral antibiotics and pain relief available to purchase	Variable costs
Ultrasound scan appointment	For ultrasound following the initial consultation to diagnose the problem
Medicals for companies drivers, cruise ship medicals, etc..	A thorough history, examination, blood tests, urine tests, as per requirements	£150 and upwards
Travel Vaccination	Depending on area of travel, appropriate vaccines given	£80 and upwards
Medical report of consultations / blood tests	A summary of all information from our clinic	£80 and upwards
Home visits	If unable to attend clinic, a clinician will attend your home	£150 (if local, and further a field and charges vary depending on distance)
Well person check	A through history and examination, with blood tests as standard to check cholesterol, and other essential blood tests
